Crabby takes a break from crankiness today to celebrate her healthy life (she’s on a roll this week!). Since we here are all about reveling in good health, this is the perfect topic for The Flying Trapeze. So perfect we have to piggyback: What are three things you love about your healthy life?
My list:
- The blanket of total calm and strength after a good yoga session.
- The increased mental acuity that comes with clean eating, which lets me do what I love (writing) better and longer.
- Delicious food! Honest!!

1. The way my muscles look in the mirror when I am lifting. Seeing them work, I feel powerful and lean.
2. Eating a variety of new foods and actually enjoying the cooking process.
3. Knowing that, although nothing is foolproof, I am at less a risk for diseases being active and eating well… and am taking proactive steps to better my longevity and overall health.
