My challenge is making veggies a part of every meal. I love them while I’m eating them, and yet if I don’t watch it I find myself reverting to grains and protein only. After eating pasta or rice I feel warm and comfy — sated. Veggies just go straight through. Plus they require a lot of chewing!

My challenges are 1) falling into the entitlement trap, as in, I’m smaller now so I can have this… and 2) eating a RF dessert or snack with the intent of bypassing something else, but then wanting the original non-RF thing and ending up eating both. :(

Portion control and always needing that dinner starch like rice or potato on my plate!

I’m with you both - Melissa with the entitlement and Nancy on the starches. OK, the portion control, too. :-)
Doing less cardio has helped me with the entitlement, but I’m not sure there’s any fix for wanting a baked potato. :-)
