I love dark chocolate. It’s an everyday indulgence. I keep it in the freezer, and nine times out of ten, a little bit is just enough. (Don’t ask about the tenth time.) The highest cocoa percentage I think I’ve had is 83 percent. My favorite is the Lindt Dark Orange Almond. But did you know there was a Lindt 99%? I’m already sold on the packaging — gold foil and instructions for use! That’s my kind of chocolate.
