Is Soy Dangerous?

According to this article, soy and especially processed soy — yes, my darling tofu — is either harmful or it’s healthy. No one really knows, and it probably depends on the individual eater. So just like any food, I’d recommend avoiding the more processed forms, eating purer forms in moderation if you like it, and skipping it otherwise.
