Interesting article, Sara. Having been heavy my whole life and now normal, I’ve been struggling with notion of “thin enough” for a long time… By all health assessment tools, I AM healthy, I am active and fit and wear a size I only dreamed of (thanks to vanity sizing, no doubt!)…but I’m not the 135 I envisioned myself at, at a “healthy weight.” But maybe my body will never BE 125 or 135 without starving myself. And maybe that’s just ok. :)
