Here’s a challenge: Spend an hour of private time completely naked (or at least in your undies). Nope, not kidding. I’ve done this and found it marvelously enlightening. No, not in a horrifying way; in a surprisingly calm, peaceful kind of way. Really!
Read a book, watch TV, chat online–in the buff. Being in bed or the shower - places you’re normally naked - doesn’t count. The change of context is part of the experience.
Try it. The worst that can happen is you’ll stick to the vinyl of your computer chair.

Is this just for kicks, or just for feeling more comfortable with your body? I like being naked, too, and walk around nekkid at home all the time. So I second your idea. I don’t know why but I’ve always just enjoyed it. My husband thinks it is weird and sometimes asks me to cover up!!! There is a local hike to a hot springs some people apparently do in the nude…have been wanting to do that! Being nude and out-of-doors is even better .
