This is a neat idea: A month of daily tips on increasing your fruits and veggies. Maybe I’ll sit down and make my own 30 days of small habits to adopt.
I like the idea that a month of small changes adds up to a big change. Even though throwing out everything in your kitchen and swearing to eat healthy “from now on” may feel like taking control, it’s just the complementary behavior to binging.
Over time, small decisions - the kind we make by dealing with the present on its own terms, not by thinking about what we’ll do tomorrow - effect big change.
